This Cape Cod home is a short walk to 2 ocean beaches! It has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and is located in a great quiet neighborhood.  The house sleeps 6-7 comfortably with 3 full beds and a set of twin bunk beds.

The house is located in beautiful West Harwich Massachusetts.  This quaint town has lots of things to do (beaches, golf, shopping, fishing, kayaking, biking, go-carts, batting cages, baseball games, trampolines, etc.), beautiful scenic views, and lots of great restaurants to enjoy. 

Other Amenities the house has to offer include: washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, lobster pot, coffee maker, blender, iron/ironing board, TV/VCR/DVD, local phone service (long distance service is not available at the house), heating, portable fans, ceiling fan in one bedroom, gas grill, patio furniture, enclosed outdoor shower, bath & beach towels, and a selection of board games, books & beach toys.

We do not provide linens for the beds, though each bed does have a mattress pad, pillows, and comforters.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  Check-in time is 2pm , check-out time is 10am  - we need to give our cleaning staff ample time to make sure our home is spotless for you and the next family.
